Are you detail-oriented with a passion for efficient project management? An industry leading Renewable Energy firm in Central London are looking to appoint a Document Controller, supporting major infrastructure projects with seamless data and document control. This hybrid role offers occasional site visits and the chance to contribute to innovative transitions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the shift to a new Common Data Environment (CDE) like InEight Document, from setup to ongoing improvements.
- Manage documentation, data, and records from pre-construction to handover.
- Perform quality checks on deliverables and generate reports on workflows, RFIs, and documents.
- Train project teams on procedures and drive continuous enhancements.
- Administer SharePoint, ensure filing accuracy, and audit project information.
- Align with our Quality Management System and identify improvement opportunities.
What They’re Looking For
- Proficiency in MS Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Document Control Systems (InEight desirable—training provided).
- Background in architecture, engineering, or construction.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
