Up to £55,000 Hybrid - Staffordshire (2x days per month)

Our client, a leading organisation within the hospitality sector, is looking to hire a Digital Data Analyst to support data quality, analytics, and reporting across a large digital estate of nearly 100 websites. This role is central to understanding and improving customer journeys, identifying drop-off points, and enabling data-driven optimisation across online booking and digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end reporting and dashboarding to support digital performance and conversion insights
  • Assess, select, and extract data from multiple sources using SQL
  • Analyse customer journeys to identify drop-off points and opportunities for optimisation
  • Debug and validate tracking tags to ensure accurate and reliable data capture
  • Work with GA4, Looker, Power BI, and Excel to produce actionable insights

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with SQL, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (debugging and validation)
  • Web analytics background (GA4 preferred; Adobe Analytics considered)
  • Comfortable working in environments where some data sits outside a central warehouse
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Clarity desirable
  • Exposure to CRO is a bonus, not essential
