Location: Watford Area | £28,000 - £45,000 base salary + Uncapped Commission Potential
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a driven recruitment professional to join a well-established executive search firm. The successful candidate will focus on hiring across the Technology, FinTech, and Quantitative Investment sectors—high-growth, evolving markets offering excellent potential for success. While prior exposure to these industries would be advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. Comprehensive training and in-depth sector insight will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate engagement and sourcing to final placement
- Partner with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their hiring needs, delivering tailored and strategic recruitment support
