The company is seeking a tech-savvy Customer Success Specialist who can help clients turn complexity into clarity.
Responsibilities- Driving complex, multi-stakeholder technology implementations (e.g. Reality capture, project management tools).
- Preparing and delivering high-impact presentations, showcasing how digital solutions can be practically adopted across organisations.
- Conducting workshops with project stakeholders to assess and analyse existing processes requiring upgrades.
- Recommending effective solutions to improve and enhance current workflows.
- 2-5 years’ experience in customer success or enterprise software solutions.
