Salter Grange is seeking a CSA Project Manager to support an innovative international engineering company specialising in mission-critical projects across Europe and beyond, and join them on a new Data Centre project in Frankfurt. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing business with a turnover reaching €3 billion, live projects in over 14 countries, a highly skilled workforce of 4,000+ people, and a project pipeline for work until 2030.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation/management of CSA packages on site
- Ensure site safety and drive a culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental practices
- Manage project schedules and costs
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Oversee day-to-day site operations
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience
- Degree-level education in Construction or Engineering or from a trade background with relevant trade qualifications
- Proactive nature with a strong ability to work independently
- Proficiency in creating method statements and risk assessments
- Experience in managing and interacting with clients, vendors, and contractors
- A proven track record in coordinating and managing large-scale projects
