London based (Hybrid – 3 days in office) — An international, sector-focused professional services firm is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering its global CRM strategy. Working closely with senior marketing and digital leadership, you will drive CRM adoption, data quality and insight across the firm, manage and develop a small CRM team, and act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders. The role has a strong international dimension and combines strategy, systems ownership (InterAction & Vuture), data governance, reporting, and change management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with deep CRM expertise in a law firm or professional services environment, strong stakeholder skills, and a passion for data-driven business development.
Responsibilities
- Drive CRM adoption, data quality and insight across the firm.
- Manage and develop a small CRM team.
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.
- Own and shape the global CRM strategy and governance.
- Oversee systems ownership (InterAction & Vuture), data governance, reporting, and change management.
