We are looking for a versatile Creative Designer who is excited to make a real impact across a variety of projects. Reporting into the Head of Design, you will hone your skills within our in-house Creative team while collaborating closely with Purchasing and E-Commerce. You will be responsible for producing a broad range of high-quality print and digital assets that drive engagement and support sales across all six of our brands. This role is being hired as a 9 month fixed-term contract for maternity cover.
Key Responsibilities
- Create digital assets for owned E-commerce and Marketplace sites
- Generate highly realistic, commercially polished AI-created imagery to support campaigns, product launches and lifestyle storytelling, with most of the content built from self-created AI scenes that you concept, construct, direct and refine
- Produce print-ready artwork for packaging projects in line with brand guidelines
- Retouch product photography to a high commercial standard
- Support ongoing brand development across multiple product categories
- Produce engaging, on-brand content for social media platforms
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, with hands-on exposure to both digital and print design
- A genuine interest in retail, sales, and marketing
- Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up style environment
- Confident working across multiple briefs simultaneously
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Competent/advanced photography retouching skills in Adobe Photoshop
- Able to analyse, refine and create new content that keeps us at the forefront of e-commerce and social media
- Brings fresh, clever and commercially minded ideas to help push the brand forward in global markets
- Strong working knowledge of AI creative tools, including Midjourney, Google AI Studio (Nana Banana) and ChatGPT, with the ability to concept, direct and refine AI-generated imagery as part of daily workflow is essential.
