g2 are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead projects in London. Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a number of different projects at one time. The role is a 12-month+ contract with the potential for extension, requiring an immediate start and full-time on-site commitment.

  • Rate: DOE (Outside IR35)
  • Working Arrangement: On site / office

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects in London, overseeing and managing all aspects of multiple projects at one time.
  • Produce Construction / Fit Out Programmes / Commissioning Programmes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and effectively coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Maintain exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Full-time availability for on-site / office work in London.

What We’re Looking For / Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, ideally with a focus on Commercial or Retail.
  • Strong ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to spec.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Availability for on-site work in London on a full-time basis.
