Key Responsibilities
- Install & commissioning the battery energy storage device according to the process technical requirements
- Debug the battery energy storage device and troubleshoot faults according to the technical requirements, and restore the energy storage system
- Prepare site plans, organize installation and commissioning work
- Complete the energy storage technical transformation and maintenance according to the site leader's arrangements
Qualifications and Expertise
- At least 2-3 years of BESS commissioning experience
- Relevant occupational certificates such as CSCS card, IOSH, NEBOSH or SMSTS for electrical, power electronics and related fields
- Holding relevant documents (high voltage and low voltage electrician certificates) is preferred
- Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to long-term on-site work, and good visual acuity
- Strong communication skills and proficient use of office software
- Ability to follow company arrangements and work well in a team
- Mandarin language skill is preferred to close operational and product knowledge gaps; daily collaboration with China HQ R&D and product teams
