We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced professional to join our expanding team as a Client Account Manager.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their legal services needs and ensuring high client satisfaction
- Identify and close new business opportunities from outbound prospecting to generate revenue
- Develop and implement strategies to support the business to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Responding to all inbound inquiries in a timely fashion
- Building out your industry knowledge and network of contacts in the legal industry through face to face and online networking
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline management using our CRM system
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract being signed
- Contribute to the focused, collaborative culture of a growing team

- Achievement of sales quotas and revenue growth targets

What are we looking for?
- Minimum three years' experience in a sales or commercial role
- Evidence of exceeding commercial targets in a previous sales or business development role
- Knowledge of the legal profession is an advantage, as is experience selling to senior executives in large organisations
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and strong communication and organisational skills
