We are seeking a proven Business Support Manager to work across Business Operational Functions and manage the creation, updating and delivery of key processes and procedures for the business.
Responsibilities
- Providing project support and process control to the wider Operation Team Functions
- Development, implement and continuously improve business processes, policies and systems
- Coordinate cross-functional projects
- Manage and update budgets, procurement processes and vendor relationships to ensure cost effectiveness
- Document control for all business documents, policies and guides
- Management of key inboxes
- Manage the asset register for insurances
- Supporting the wider team with key projects and data driven duties
Experience and qualifications
Candidates will ideally hold Property Administration Management knowledge, with exposure across all areas including H&S, FM, Finance, Environmental & Logistics. Along with solid experience within process/data management and implementing operational procedures within a business.
Contract and location
This is a full-time, permanent position working from home 1 day per week if business demands allow.
