Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM/Revit modelling and coordination across multiâsector MEP projects.
- Manage creation and auditing of 2D CAD drawings and 3D models.
- Develop and maintain BIM libraries, templates, and standards aligned with AEC protocols.
- Drive collaboration with internal and external design teams; attend client meetings and presentations.
- Produce highâquality visuals, renderings, and flyâthrough animations.
- Train and mentor teams on BIM standards and latest software developments.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360.
- Minimum 5 years' Revit project experience in the UK; proven BIM execution plan delivery.
- Knowledge of MEP systems coordination and construction standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
