A multi-award-winning international architecture practice is seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator (or Architect with strong bid involvement) to join their Clerkenwell studio on a 4-week contract, starting ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Produce compelling bid documents and proposals across multiple sectors
- Analyse briefs and scoring criteria to shape winning responses
- Coordinate inputs from internal teams and external consultants
- Develop polished, branded submissions using InDesign, Photoshop and PowerPoint.
- Maintain opportunity and client data within internal systems
- Collaborate closely with marketing and communications for cohesive outputs
Skills & Experience
- Proven Bid Coordination experience or Architect with demonstrable involvement in bids (mid–large scale)
- Strong brief analysis and proposal development skills
- Confident communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop and PowerPoint
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working to deadlines
