Are you a top‐of‐the‐pile Audio Visual / Videoconference field engineer looking for a new working environment? We are seeking a London or home counties based candidate to visit end‐user clients in the City, Greater London and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Fix faults (service) and perform preventative maintenance checks on client systems.
- Diagnose integrated AV/VC system problems and resolve issues ranging from simple connectors to complex system faults.
- Complete all required paperwork, sign off and hand it in on time.
- Maintain a quick, efficient approach while keeping the end user client happy and informed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with audio and video along with control systems.
- Hands‐on knowledge of DSP / Bi‐Amp / QSC, Qsys, Dante, and other industry technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in a professional, blue‐chip environment.
- Currently based in the UK or possessing a valid working visa.
