We're looking for an Automation & AI Manager to support, build, and embed automation across the business, helping our teams work more efficiently, accurately, and at scale as we grow. This role is about practical automation delivery — removing manual processes, improving data flow, and enabling teams to use automation and AI tools confidently in their day-to-day work. It's not about experimentation for its own sake, but about making the business run better. Working closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Technical, and Commercial teams, you'll act as the central owner for automation initiatives, ensuring solutions are robust, controlled, and genuinely useful. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys supporting others, solving real operational problems, and building automation that actually sticks.
Responsibilities
- Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes and design automation that saves time and improves accuracy
- Build, implement, and maintain automation across workflows such as:
- Reporting and data consolidation
- Approvals and controls
- Forecasting and planning support
- System integrations
Skillset
- Proven experience delivering or supporting business automation solutions
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, data handling, and system integrations
- Experience with automation tools, scripting, low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, or AI tools
- Ability to translate operational problems into practical, scalable solutions
- Strong attention to detail, with an appreciation for controls and data accuracy
- Comfortable working closely with non-technical stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
The person
- Supportive, patient, and service-oriented
- Practical, impact-focused, and not overly theoretical
- Strong ownership mindset with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Naturally collaborative and trusted by stakeholders
- Motivated by improving how the business works day to day
The Benefits
- Be part of a mission-driven, founder-led health brand
- High-impact role with real ownership and visibility
- Opportunity to shape how automation and AI are used across the business
- Career progression as the business scales
