Area Sales Manager – Hazardous Material Storage & Associated Services – London & South East | Home & Field Based
Basic £55,000–£65,000 (DoE); OTE £90k uncapped. Company car.
Are you a technical sales professional looking to grow your career with an ambitious UK business? The company provides technical solutions for hazardous material storage, compliance, and environmental protection.
You will be selling products such as hazardous material storage & containment systems, hazardous waste disposal services & spill kits. You will manage an established territory while developing new opportunities across a range of sectors including Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Automotive, Food & Pharmaceutical sectors. You will typically sell into Production, Engineering, Warehouse & Facilities management teams, with order values ranging from £5k–£75k. The role is around 70% existing accounts / 30% new business. You will be supported by a strong marketing function and internal technical sales team.
What you will be doing:
- Growing revenues within existing customers
- Winning new business across your territory
- Providing consultative, solution-led sales
- Managing your own diary while working from home and in the field
What we are looking for:
- Experience in industrial or engineering or Material Storage sales
- Experience managing a sales territory
- Background selling into manufacturing and/or engineering environments
- Motivated, organised and commercially driven
- Someone with experience of achieving weekly KPI's and Revenue targets.
