We are recruiting for an AML & Conflicts Analyst to join an established team within a thriving international law firm. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the London-based team with critical compliance tasks, focusing primarily on conflict searches and new business intake. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with at least 3 years of experience in a compliance-focused role, preferably within a law firm.
Responsibilities
- Analysing and resolving conflict search results to identify regulatory or commercial conflicts
- Managing requests for new client and matter openings
- Conducting research on potential clients for CDD purposes
- Implementing and maintaining information barriers to ensure regulatory compliance
- Performing sanctions screening as part of the client onboarding process
- Collaborating with other business support teams to streamline processes
- Assisting with testing and upgrades related to the internal team's software
Requirements
