Are you passionate about creating access to learning for every apprentice? My client is looking for an experienced ALN Manager to lead the strategy for supporting learners with additional needs – ensuring every individual has the opportunity to thrive. You’ll lead the ALN and safeguarding provision, setting high standards for inclusive practice and learner wellbeing.

This role is London based 3 days per week and will pay up to £65,000.

About You
  • 6+ years’ experience in ALN, inclusion, or equitable access within post-16 education.
  • Strong knowledge of ALN legislation, statutory guidance, and best practice.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Psychology, Education, SENCO, SpLD, NASENCO, or equivalent).
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
  • Confidence using data to drive decisions and improvement.
  • Experience handling safeguarding concerns in an educational setting (desirable).
