We are working with a well-funded SaaS scale-up that is growing quickly across multiple markets and hiring an Account Manager to own post-sale relationships and drive account growth.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients
- Own post-onboarding relationships and act as the main point of contact
- Drive expansion across users, products, and geographies
- Build account plans, forecasts, and run regular QBRs
- Spot risks and opportunities early and work cross-functionally to resolve them
- Feed customer insight back into Product and Leadership teams
About You
- 2+ years in Account Management / Customer Success within SaaS
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded and organised
- Thrive in fast-growing, scale-up environments
