We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics and Warehouse Operations Specialist with strong SAP logistics and reporting expertise to join our dynamic Branch Operations team. You will play a key role in optimising our supply chain processes, ensuring seamless order fulfilment, and delivering actionable insights through data analysis
Responsibilities
- SAP Logistics Execution: Utilise SAP to manage sales orders, shipping processes, and logistics workflows.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate and interpret SAP reports to monitor KPIS (e.g., order accuracy, delivery times and identify trends.
- LSP Interface collaboration -Work closely with the logistics administrator to ensure smooth data integration and resolve interface discrepancies.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in logistics workflows and propose SAP-driven solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience SAP Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with SAP logistics modules and sales order processing.
Data Analysis: Ability to create and analyse SAP reports to drive decision-making.
Practical experience collaborating with Logistics Service Providers via SAP interfaces.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Desirable Qualifications
SAP certification in logistics or supply chain modules.
