The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Protection and Control design engineer to join the team. You will be joining as a senior member of the growing team, working closely with the head of design for various projects at high voltage.
- Experience with load flow, short circuit and protection coordination studies.
- Review designs produced by suppliers to ensure designs are compliant.
- Ideally experience with 33kV, and potentially 132kV.
- Experience with protection and control designs, as well as power network diagrams.
- Experience with DNO liaising and ICP communication.
- Varied role working on designs for large scale solar and energy storage projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in protection and control design for high voltage systems.
- Strong understanding of power system analysis and protection coordination.
- Ability to review supplier designs for compliance.
- Experience with 33kV and/or 132kV projects preferred.
- Experience with DNO liaison and ICP communication.
