Shape the national Foodservice strategy from scratch and take full ownership of the B2B growth channel. You’ll lead the development of high-value partnerships across wholesale, healthcare, corporate wellness, and catering, driving revenue while staying close to the data that matters. You’ll build your own team eventually and have direct input into product development and commercial planning. Work remotely from anywhere in the UK, with just 2–3 days per month travelling to London and the South West. You’ll get a 15% annual bonus along with 25 days holiday, pension, and discounted meals designed to support long-term wellbeing. You’ll be stepping into a newly created position, giving you freedom to shape the sales strategy with your ideas and experience. You’ll have access to warm leads and early traction in the channel, but this is a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Reporting to the Co-Founder & CCO, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing new B2B partnerships while nurturing and expanding existing relationships.
- Develop and execute the B2B sales channel, focusing on key sectors such as food service, wholesale, healthcare, corporate wellness, and employee meals.
- Own the entire B2B sales pipeline – from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and nurture partnerships to drive long‑term, sustainable revenue growth.
- Manage and optimise sales processes, working closely with internal teams on planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Use data and analytics to track performance, optimise ROI, and refine customer profitability & margins.
- Develop compelling business cases to drive new sector expansion – when the numbers stack up, investment will follow.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in developing and executing B2B sales strategies, particularly in food service, wholesale, healthcare, or corporate wellness sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross‑functional teams.
- Experience of working within a start up/scale up/challenger brand environment.
