We are currently seeking a Senior Estimator to join an exciting and growing company based in Leicester, specialising in bespoke commercial joinery. This is a senior-level role suited to someone with strong estimating experience within the joinery trade, working on high-value, bespoke projects for a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for high-value commercial joinery projects.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to produce detailed cost breakdowns.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify requirements and scope.
- Source and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure best value and quality.
- Work closely with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth handover from estimate to delivery.
- Review project costs and support value engineering where required.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Estimator within the commercial joinery sector.
- Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and installation.
- Experience working on high-value bespoke projects.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
