We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic new Jaywinger to join our Client Services Team, supporting the day-to-day delivery of paid media and organic campaigns for some of the biggest clients in the agency.

Our Senior Account Managers are the heartbeat of our client partnerships. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering cross-channel media strategies, working with leading brand names and collaborating closely with our in-house experts across PPC, SEO, content, and Paid Social. We’re looking for a strategic thinker who can confidently manage client relationships, lead on briefs, and bring campaigns to life with the support of our talented media and creative teams.

You’ll need to be organised, proactive, and commercially astute with a natural ability to build trust and foster strong relationships both internally and externally. While you’ll get the chance to contribute to wider campaign activity, your focus will be on helping clients thrive through high-performance paid and organic media. You’ll work alongside your Account Director to uncover opportunities for growth and ensure day-to-day excellence in campaign delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

  • 3 – 4 years’ experience minimum in Organic and Paid Media.
  • Strong understanding and proven experience managing integrated media and digital accounts.
  • Willingness to support all levels within the team, managing day-to-day client relationships.
  • A natural organiser, expected to juggle multiple projects, client demands, and deadlines.
  • Previous experience working within an integrated agency or client-side.
  • Understanding of the customer journey and capability to create and articulate a comprehensive integrated client strategy.
  • A head for data and an analytical mindset.
  • Strong evidence of building relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Numerate and financially aware with attention to detail.
  • Great people skills and teamwork.
  • Confident in presenting ideas and results to clients.
  • Ability to handle client feedback effectively.
  • An interest in the bigger picture and understanding the client’s business.
