We’re partnering with a leading shopper marketing agency in Leeds that’s looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to work across a portfolio of global FMCG brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced agency-side Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, insight-led environment and enjoys delivering integrated shopper campaigns across retail, digital, and in-store channels.

The Role

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with global FMCG brand clients
  • Leading day-to-day account delivery across multiple shopper marketing campaigns
  • Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal creative, strategy, and production teams
  • Briefing and managing integrated campaigns across in-store, POS, experiential, digital, and eCommerce
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and scopes of work
  • Ensuring work is delivered to a consistently high standard and on brand
  • Supporting Account Directors with strategic planning and client development
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen client partnerships

About You

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within a shopper marketing, brand, or integrated agency
  • Experience working with FMCG brands, ideally at a national or global level
  • Strong understanding of the shopper journey across retail and digital touchpoints
  • Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence juggling multiple campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and forecasts
  • A collaborative approach and experience working with creative and production teams
