Responsibilities:

  • Regional sales delivery, customer engagement and team leadership with a strong emphasis on social housing, refurbishment, adaptations, voids and selected private development projects.
  • Lead, stabilise and grow performance across the North & Scotland region following a strategic regional restructure (Northern England and Scotland territories consolidated).

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in regional sales leadership within building products or consumer products sold into social housing, contractors, merchants or developers.
  • Credibility, experience leading external sales teams, channel knowledge and the ability to lead regional performance effectively.
  • Based within the region and comfortable with regular regional travel.
  • Occasional visits to the head office in Nuneaton will be required.
