The postholder will support the FPM business, acting as a first point of contact for day‑to‑day HR queries and providing consistent, practical advice. Working closely with the HR Business Partners and HR Advisor, they will gain hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle while continuing to own key administrative duties.
This hybrid role combines home working, time in our Leeds office, and occasional national travel to support business needs and build strong working relationships. There is genuine development potential, with opportunities for internal progression as capability and confidence grow.
