As an Installation Engineer, you will install commercial kitchen canopies, servery counters, service distribution units, condense canopies, and ductwork across the UK. You will work on a variety of sites including pubs, restaurants, and other hospitality venues, delivering high‑quality installations for a growing and respected business. This role involves frequent travel and working away from home on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities- Installation of commercial kitchen canopies, ductwork, and associated systems.
- Installation of servery counters.
- Working on various building sites across the UK.
- Carrying out site installations efficiently, meeting agreed deadlines and customer specifications.
- Work closely with contractors and other engineers to ensure project success.
- Adhere to safety regulations and ensure work is performed in compliance with industry standards.
- Maintaining equipment and tools to a high standard.
- Representing the company professionally on client sites.
- Supervise the Installation Labourer and influence best practice.
- At least 2 years’ experience of installing commercial kitchen canopies and ductwork.
- Clean driving licence essential.
- Valid CSCS card.
- NVQ Level 3 an advantage.
- SSSTS an advantage but training can be provided.
- PASMA an advantage but training can be provided.
- IPAF an advantage but training can be provided.
- Ability to undertake on‑site tig welding of stainless steel an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- 23 days annual leave, increasing to 26 with Loss of Salary.

- All power tools, lifting equipment, podiums provided.
