Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound enquiries from individuals and organisations.
- Make approx. 25 calls per day.
- Book approx. 7 meetings per week.
- Qualify customers, understand needs, prepare quotes and proposals.
- Close sales and convert enquiries into course bookings.
- Manage a pipeline of active learners and business clients.
- Update CRM with all activity and maintain accurate records.
- Work cross-functionally with service, scheduling and delivery teams.
- Learn the product portfolio and communicate confidently.

- Some sales or recruitment experience preferred.
- Confident on the phone with strong closing ability.
