We are looking for an ambitious ERP Sales Executive to join a growing and highly regarded Software business in the UK. This role is ideal for someone who has proven success in ERP or SCM sales and is keen to take the next step in their career, with a clearly defined progression path towards becoming a Tier 1 Sales Executive, responsible for major blue-chip accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full end-to-end sales process: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and close
- Sell ERP solutions to medium-sized organisations across multiple sectors
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new opportunities
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level / Directors)
- Accurately forecast and manage sales activity using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution alignment and handover
Typical deal sizes range from £75,000 to £250,000, and you will work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to build compelling solutions for customers.
Your Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within ERP, SCM, or enterprise software
- Proven track record of closing deals in the £75k–£250k range
- Experience managing the full sales lifecycle, not just closing
- Confident engaging with senior decision-makers in mid-market organisations
- Commercially astute, motivated, and target-driven
- Highly ambitious, with a clear desire to progress into a Tier 1 / enterprise sales role
