Customer Project Manager - Yorkshire (6 months contract).
Have you worked on new housing developments? Or in customer care for a new-build company? Harron Homes are looking for a Customer Project Manager to join us on an exciting 6 month project focused on improving the customer experience. This is a hands-on role with real impact, giving you the opportunity to work closely with our teams and our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a key project addressing customer raised issues, ensuring that each concern is fully investigated, solutions are devised, and expectations are carefully managed.
- Deliver a smoother, more positive journey for customers while supporting teams in driving improvements across the business.
- Investigate and understand customer issues raised across our homes.
- Develop and implement practical solutions to address these issues.
- Manage customer expectations throughout the process, ensuring clear communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Monitor progress and report on outcomes to senior leadership.
About You
- Experienced within New Build Homes, whether this be on Site, or within Customer Care department with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance operational needs and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and drive results within a defined timeframe.
