Compensation (Independent Contractor – UK)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £70,000–£100,000+ GBP annually
- Activity Retainer: Guaranteed £2,000 per month, earned by meeting a minimum average of 100 outbound calls per business day; retainer is prorated monthly if activity falls below this threshold
- Demo Booking Commission: £100 per qualified demo booked
- Closed Deal Commission: £500 per deal closed from demos booked by the contractor
Contractor Status: Independent contractor role; no salary, benefits, or guaranteed income—earnings are performance- and output-driven.
