I'm working with a growing, experience-led travel platform who are looking for an Account Executive to join their team. This role blends customer service, member engagement, and travel coordination, perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised, and creating genuinely memorable experiences for customers.
As the Account Executive, you'll become the go-to contact for members: guiding them through onboarding, supporting them with their travel plans, and keeping them engaged throughout their journey. You'll also maintain strong day-to-day relationships with travel suppliers, from securing exclusive member perks to ensuring smooth, accurate fulfilment.

What You'll Be Doing- Convert prospective members by handling pre-sale enquiries across phone, chat and email.
- Deliver a warm, personalised welcome to every new member and maintain regular touchpoints throughout their membership.
- Profile travel preferences so you can reach out at the right times and keep members engaged and booking frequently.
- Act as the first point of contact for membership queries including billing, renewals and general support.
- Provide friendly, informed travel advice to members.
- Manage travel enquiries and support with both online and offline bookings, liaising with suppliers for any special requests.
- Ensure new bookings are confirmed, accurate and paid, with all pre-departure details checked.
- Follow up with members after their trip to make sure everything went smoothly and gather any feedback.
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer-focused role.
- Background in a travel agency or relevant travel/tourism education is a real advantage.
- Confident, outgoing and naturally sales-orientated in your approach.
- Highly organised with a structured methodical way of working.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written communication and high attention to detail.
