We currently have a unique opportunity for a Lead/Senior UX Designer to join a one-of-a-kind organization in the not-for-profit space, whose customers are at the heart of everything they do.

Location: Bristol

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite

Salary: £70,000 to £80,000

You\’ll be joining a UX team working in a collaborative and cross-functional environment, co-creating solutions grounded in real customer needs. This is an integral role, playing a lead part in continuously improving design methodologies, tools, processes, and embedding UCD principles across the business. You will also develop and mentor a team of 3-5 UX Designers.

What You\’ll Bring:

  • Extensive hands-on experience as a Senior or Lead Product/UX Designer, across multiple devices and platforms within a B2C environment
  • Experience designing end-to-end user experiences using qualitative and quantitative data to create digital user journey maps
  • Experience conducting usability studies and collaborating on early UX research methods
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with team members, peers, managers, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using customer insights and data to inform UX, including creating user journey maps, personas, screen flows, and service blueprints
  • Experience in integrating UCD principles into business processes
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences using various artifacts and methods
  • Enjoyment working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Experience applying WCAG accessibility standards

Additional benefits include an annual discretionary bonus, non-contributory pension, 28 days holiday, PMI, 4 development days, and more.
