As an Installation Engineer, you will install commercial kitchen canopies, servery counters, service distribution units, condense canopies, and ductwork across the UK. You will work on a variety of sites including pubs, restaurants, and other hospitality venues, delivering high‑quality installations for a growing and respected business. This role involves frequent travel and working away from home on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation of commercial kitchen canopies, ductwork, and associated systems.
  • Installation of servery counters.
  • Working on various building sites across the UK.
  • Carrying out site installations efficiently, meeting agreed deadlines and customer specifications.
  • Work closely with contractors and other engineers to ensure project success.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and ensure work is performed in compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintaining equipment and tools to a high standard.
  • Representing the company professionally on client sites.
  • Supervise the Installation Labourer and influence best practice.
Experience Required:
  • At least 2 years’ experience of installing commercial kitchen canopies and ductwork.
  • Clean driving licence essential.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • NVQ Level 3 an advantage.
  • SSSTS an advantage but training can be provided.
  • PASMA an advantage but training can be provided.
  • IPAF an advantage but training can be provided.
  • Ability to undertake on‑site tig welding of stainless steel an advantage.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
