Join Dalkia as our new Industrial Safety Manager at Sizewell B. We’re looking for a dedicated safety professional to lead on-site health, safety, and environmental practices at one of the UK’s most important energy facilities. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the opportunity to make a real impact within a high-profile environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee industrial safety and environmental systems on site
- Lead daily meetings with EDF, our end client
- Conduct site inspections to ensure teams are adhering to safety standards
- Maintain and enforce the highest safety and compliance levels
- Promote a strong SHEQ culture and drive quality assurance
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
- Provide line management to the Subcontractor Manager
About You
You’re an organised, safety-focused professional with proven experience in high-risk or COMAH-regulated environments. You’re confident in driving standards, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring full compliance.
Essential Requirements
- NEBOSH General Certificate (Level 6)
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor training
- Experience in high-safety risk environments or COMAH sites
- Strong knowledge of H&S management systems and compliance
- Clear communicator across all levels
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of technical or facilities management disciplines
