You will be part of a crossâfunctional engineering team in the role of Jr. Process Engineer. You will develop and deliver conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design packages through to CQV for GMPâcompliant integrated process equipment and unit operations used in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical drug substances and products.
Working under the guidance of a senior engineer you will be responsible for:
- Design Basis Development
- Process Alternatives Evaluations
- User Requirement Specifications (URS)
- Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
- Process Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Process Integration of Unit Operations
- Equipment Plot Plans and Layout Drawings
- Equipment Sizing and Specification
- Commissioning & Qualification Protocol Development and Execution

Location
For initial training and onboarding you will be integrated into our Oakville, Canada office for a period of up to 12 months before being placed permanently at our UK Office in Slaithwaite, Huddersfield. Furthermore, a significant aspect of the role will involve intermittent international travel, including extended periods (up to 50%) spent at equipment vendors for Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and at the client's site for Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) activities.
