Become a Guest Experience Host at Routemaster Bus London!
Are you ready to join our team of Hosts, making every journey a little more special? At Routemaster Bus London, we’re looking for a Guest Experience Host who’s all about creating unforgettable moments for our passengers! Working on our iconic red buses, you’ll be a key part of someone’s special day, ensuring they have a day to remember on board our buses.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Taking passengers on memorable journeys through London, while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere from start to finish!
Greeting and hosting guests, providing VIP treatment from the moment they step on board.
Personalizing each experience— prepping the buses at our depot with decorations and special extras, providing light refreshments, and delivering flawless service for any special event.
Delivering a flawless service with light refreshments and quirky touches such as our vintage bus tickets!
Taking care of all event logistics— whether it’s making sure guest instructions are followed, supporting your fellow teammates (including drivers), or managing the finer details, you’ll be the ultimate pro at upholding our Royal Standard!
Reporting on the event at the end of the day.
About You:
You’re reliable, punctual, and dedicated, and love working with people to ensure they have a great time. No previous hosting experience? No problem! We’re looking for someone who’s willing to learn and bring a professional, positive attitude to every shift.
You’ve got exceptional customer service skills, a natural flair for hospitality, and you’re confident communicating with our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and special at all times.
You’re looking for a casual freelance position with mostly weekend shifts, and you’re committed to being part of our team for the long haul.
You’re able to travel to and from our depot in Northolt for shifts (a must!)
Previous experience in a similar role? A bonus—but your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what matter most!
