Responsibilities
- Leading a high-performing telesales team: coaching, motivating, and developing agents to exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Driving daily performance: monitoring call activity, conversion rates, and pipeline quality to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
- Managing warm-lead sales operations: overseeing teams handling high-volume inbound and outbound warm calls from UK estate agents.
- Ensuring exceptional product knowledge: empowering your team to confidently sell broadband, energy, and household utilities from major brands including SKY, Virgin, and TalkTalk.
- Optimising lead journeys: ensuring agents identify the correct lead provider and match customers to the most suitable products.
- Championing customer experience: maintaining high service standards across every interaction.
- Reporting and forecasting: providing accurate performance insights to senior leadership.
- Recruiting and onboarding talent: helping shape the future of the department as we continue to grow.
- Fostering a positive, competitive culture: leading from the front and setting the tone for success.
Qualifications
- Proven sales leadership experience β minimum 2 years managing a sales or telesales team.

Pay Range And Compensation Package
