What You'll Be Doing
- Driving product and service sales, including upselling premium options
- Turning leads into loyal customers through consultative, needsâbased conversations
- Delivering firstâclass service across phone, email, and inâperson touchpoints
- Supporting daily operations â from safety checks and cleanliness to admin and reporting
- Helping customers with queries, solving problems, and offering expert advice
- Contributing to local marketing awareness and keeping an eye on competitors
- Taking on light team leadership: task delegation, training support, and standards setting
- Managing store security, financial processes, and assisting with banking and collections
- Occasionally operating company vehicles in line with policy (if applicable)
Main Skills Needed
- Experience in retail, customer service, or telesales (ideally all three)
- Strong communicator with a naturally friendly, proactive style
- Comfortable working to sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Confident using Microsoft Office and handling basic admin tasks
