The Opportunity
Seeking ambitious, driven graduates to join as Resourcers in a 180‑style role, initially supporting existing mandates across high‑demand verticals. You’ll work closely under the guidance of a high‑performing team lead, in an environment where high standards, long hours, and tangible results are part of the DNA.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for live roles
- Work on active job briefs with speed and accuracy
- Support consultants and BD staff in fulfilling client needs

First 6 months: Focus on delivery/resourcing (180 role)
Post‑6 months: Choose your path: Continue within the Data Centres vertical, Progress into a 360 Recruitment/BD Consultant role, Long‑term growth may include leadership, equity.
