Working hours: 40 hours per week (9am to 6pm), Mondays to Thursdays – office based; Fridays – working from home. Flexible working will be considered (2 WFH days a week) following completion of probation.

Salary Range: £35,000 per annum. Commission: £35,000 per annum. OTE: £70,000 per annum.
As an Account's Assistant (AA), you will be working in partnership with our sales team in supporting current and new customers with the aim of strengthening our existing relationships, managing project workflows, and supporting growth of one of our most exciting verticals. In this role, you will work with global IT/technology leadership, CTOs and heads of information technology departments, providing support to day-to-day operations and mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will be seen as an extension of their business and a crucial team member.

Responsibilities:- The Account Assistant will be responsible for helping ensure that the key accounts within their vertical continue to grow and remain happy and supported with their partnership with Servers.com.
- Foster, build and maintain strategic relationships to understand and record Servers.com's impact on outcomes and results, supporting ongoing satisfaction to aid growth and contract renewals.
- Work alongside the sales team, driving and supporting their strategy for new business acquisition, customer growth and retention.
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact to meet and exceed required daily sales activities.
- Maintain a 3x transparent pipeline in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business to make tactical and strategic decisions while feeding back customer needs to support continual improvement of product and process.
- Customer visits and international travel when necessary.
- Utilise CRM (Salesforce) to record key customer interactions and data points, including reporting to reinforce strategy and business case generation.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create brand awareness and maximise the impact of the company's social media presence to strengthen our presence in your industry.
- 2+ years sales or account management experience.
- B2B sales experience within the IaaS/technology industries is preferable.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to achieve goals and deadlines.
- Ability to gather meaningful decision-maker intelligence, understand customer needs, and deliver insights.
- Clear and effective communication across all platforms.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Target driven with a real drive to succeed and contribute to the company's growth.
- Desire to contribute to the growth of the sales department over the next 5+ years.

- Base salary range: £35,000 per annum.
- Commission Range: £35,000 per annum (Double OTE).
