Theo Paphitis Retail Group is made up of Ryman, Robert Dyas, Boux Avenue and London Graphic Centre, and is passionate about retail. It is a private group of businesses owned by its Chairman, Theo Paphitis, one of the UK’s most high profile business leaders.
Reporting to: Head of Chairman’s Private Office based in Wimbledon
Responsibilities
- Assisting with diary management (we are currently using Google products)
- Ensure all bookings in the diary are accurate and up to date
- Ensure that any visitors for the office are warmly welcomed and are notified in advance of the check in at reception
- Office management for 6th and 5th floor plus holiday cover for the 4th floor to include but not limited to: stationery ordering; placing and putting away of the weekly grocery order
- One of the key contacts for our building landlords regarding occupancy, cleaning etc
- Collection & delivery of post & parcels for the 6th & 5th floor plus holiday cover for the 4th floor
- Management of outgoing post
- Key contact/liaison with our warehouse team for the delivery and collection of cages & ensuring we are compliant with landlord requirements
- Support the planning and delivery of projects and initiatives, particularly with the events team
- Prepare presentations
- Purchase and serve lunch daily for the Directors each day (max 3 people) and to assist with lunches for the monthly Brand Senior Leadership Meetings (approx ten to twelve people)
- Chase for information/gather data on a regular basis
Background required
- Proven admin skills
- Ability to deliver high quality work on time
- Very high level of accuracy and excellent literacy/numeracy
- Strong admin background in a very fast moving business ideally within retail
- Good knowledge of London would be advantageous

- Must have Maths and English GCSE Grade A* - C / 9-4 (or equivalent)
