What you will be doing
- Make cold calls in your market and build relationships with new clients.
- Network and source top talent to develop your personal brand and receive clear financial reward.

Experience
No previous experience required. Our L&D team will guide and support you to unlock your potential as a top performing recruiter. High earning potential from day one with chance of fast progression (uncapped commission)
Year 1: £35K‑45K OTE

The process
- 1st stage: telephone call with Tilly (part of g2’s Talent Team) – familiarise us with your ambitions, values and goals.
- Teams Interview: a more formal interview, giving you a chance to show off what you know and your experience in more detail.
- Final stage: face‑to‑face interview on‑site to meet the team and get a feel for ‘a day in the life’.
