Responsibilities
- As a Supervisor on this major motorway project, oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.
- Coordinate teams and manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
- Plan works, conduct site inspections, resolve operational issues, and ensure all activities adhere to strict safety and environmental procedures.
- Play a key role in keeping the project on track and supporting the delivery of essential maintenance and improvement works across the network.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within highways, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.
