About The Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to focus on temporary recruitment within the Industrial and Transport sectors, including logistics, warehousing, driving, and skilled industrial roles.
Responsibilities
- Generating new business through business development, networking, and marketing activities
- Identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities
- Developing and growing relationships with new and existing clients, including key decision makers
- Building long‑term client and candidate relationships by managing expectations and delivering results
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates using innovative techniques and established networks
- Conducting detailed qualification of both client requirements and candidate suitability
- Managing and delivering on live vacancies using all appropriate recruitment tools
- Controlling and overseeing the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Providing a consultative service to both clients and candidates based on market and sector knowledge
Qualifications
Experience in recruitment or B2B sales (industrial or transport experience is desirable)
