The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Frontend / Fullstack Engineer who enjoys owning features end-to-end and crafting intuitive, elegant, high-quality user experiences. This role sits at the heart of the product, transforming complex data and AI-driven intelligence into interfaces that feel simple, fast, and powerful. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and AI engineering teams—turning concepts into production-ready experiences, integrating with backend APIs, and continuously iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy solving product-centric problems, and love building beautiful, functional UIs, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Build intuitive, performant, and scalable user interfaces for both client-facing and internal applications.
- Translate concepts, prototypes, and Figma designs into polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Own fullstack delivery when required—connecting frontend components to backend APIs and services.
- Collaborate with product and design on feature definition, workflows, and UX iteration.
- Contribute to the design system, shared component libraries, and frontend architecture.
- Integrate UIs with AI-driven agents, workflows, and real-time interactive experiences.
- Apply best practices in testing, accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and broader engineering knowledge sharing.
- Iterate post-launch using real-world data and user feedback.
Core Skills & What We’re Looking For
- Strong foundations in modern Frontend engineering: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, component patterns, state management, performance and accessibility.
- Ability to translate product ideas and design assets into production-quality experiences.
- A product-oriented mindset—focused on usability, business value, and the “why” behind features.
- Solid Fullstack fundamentals with Node.js or Python, API development, and debugging across the stack.
- Understanding of testing best practices, CI/CD workflows, and cloud-native development.
Nice to Have
- Experience building data-rich interfaces, dashboards, visualisations, or complex workflows.
- Interest in AI-driven UI patterns, agent interactions, or conversational interfaces.
- Good design sensibility and appreciation for clean, intuitive UX.
- Experience with Next.js, monorepos, or modular architectures.
- Familiarity with any part of the company’s tech ecosystem.
Tech Environment
- Agent & AI Development: Google ADK, Mastra, MCP (Model Context Protocol), Agent-to-Agent systems
- Frontend: TypeScript, React, Redux, Next.js, Shadcn, Material UI, Tailwind CSS
- Backend & APIs: Python, Node.js, Databricks for data & ML platforms
- Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
Who This Role Suits
- This is an excellent fit for someone who loves building polished, modern, user-centric interfaces.
- Enjoys switching between frontend craftsmanship and pragmatic fullstack work.
- Thrives in collaborative, product-focused environments.
- Wants to work with AI-driven systems at real enterprise scale.
