Copello have partnered with an established Air Traffic Management business based in Hampshire, in the recruitment of an IVVQ Engineer. This role has a home base in Fareham but offers highly flexible working. There will be travel to various MOD sites required on a business requirements basis. The role involves leading testing activities across a full engineering lifecycle, supporting the validation of high-integrity systems against defined requirements.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Verification & Validation (V&V) of complex systems
- Knowledge of full engineering lifecycle and requirements management
- Background in safety‑critical or regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, defence, ATM)
- Hands‑on with system integration, documentation, and supplier acceptance
- Familiarity with configuration and change management processes
Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Degree or equivalent experience in an engineering discipline
- Familiarity with tools such as IBM DOORS or similar
- Exposure to communications, navigation, or surveillance systems
- Understanding of safety and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in waterfall or structured delivery environments
