What are you going to do:

  • Run Dallaglio RugbyWorks sessions in a range of provisions, building meaningful and supportive relationships with young people in the sessions.
  • Support Delivery Leads & Lead Coaches to deliver session plans.
  • Deliver fun and engaging sports-based activities with young people.
  • Help delivery of digital skills workshops, employability workshops and the coordination of trips such as Career Taster Days and tournaments.
  • Support the Delivery Lead or Lead Coach to ensure the implementation of Player profiles within your sessions.
  • Responsible for the collection of monitoring and evaluation data for all sessions that you attend.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff within the settings that we work in.
  • Follow the Dallaglio RugbyWorks processes around reporting incidents and safeguarding concerns.
  • Get involved in other projects and pieces of work.

Extra information:

  • Salary: £10.00 to £18.00 depending on experience
  • Reporting to: Programme Manager / Delivery Lead
  • Location: Based in Midlands with daily travel to delivery sites in Leicester and Coventry with some planning work from home. Must live within 30 minutes of our delivery sites.
  • Hours: 8 hours per week (Must be available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings)
  • Contract type: Permanent
