We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to help source top-tier talent and develop client relationships at tech start-ups, software houses and financial organisations across the UK.

What You’ll Do
- You will deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles across the UK
- You will manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio (accelerating your commission as you contribute to business development)
- You will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams)
- You will meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team’s success with a focus on quality service
